Millwork Specialties has been in business at this location for over 35 years, specializing in doors, windows and woodwork for 18th, 19th and 20th century buildings. Our methods of combining modern technology with "Old World" design and techniques produce products that are beautifully designed, energy efficient, well manufactured and will last for many years.
We are an approved vendor for both the Landmarks Preservation Commission and the NYC Landmark Conservancy.
We have replaced windows and doors for numerous landmark projects in New York City including all the townhouse homes on Saint Felix Street, a historic block opposite the Brooklyn Academy of Music, The Brooklyn Conservancy of Music in Fort Green, Carnage Hall, The NY Archdiocese, The Italian Consulate, The Metropolitan Club, Old Westbury Gardens and many others.
